1. What products do you sell?

We sell digital stationery templates for Canva, including invitations, programs, signage, favors, and more. Canva templates are customizable online and produce downloadable files—no physical items will be shipped from Dearest Memorials.

2. How do I receive my order?

Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an instant downloadable link via email (and on the order confirmation page at purchase). The PDF links directly to the Canva template. You will need to sign up for a free Canva account to use the template.

3. What file formats are included?

Canva templates can be downloaded in formats such as PDF, PNG, or JPG. You can edit and download as many times as you need in Canva.

4. Can I edit the templates?

Yes, most of our templates are fully editable. You can customize text, colors, fonts, and images. You'll need a device with access to the internet and Canva installed. A desktop or laptop is recommended for more extensive edits.

5. What if I have trouble downloading my files?

If you run into any issues, check your spam/junk folder first. If you still can’t find your download link, contact us with your order details and we’ll resend it.

6. Can you customize a template for me?

Yes! We offer customization services for an additional fee. Reach out to us with your requirements, and we’ll let you know what’s possible. Customization-only rates are typically between $20 for an invite, $60 for a program.

7. Are fonts included in the templates?

All templates include fonts available in the free version of Canva. If you have a pro account, you will have even more options to choose from.

8. How many times can I download my files?

Once you open the template in Canva, you'll have access to it through your Canva account under Recents or Projects, accessible from your Canva homepage. Canva automatically saves your progress. You can save multiple versions by saving a copy and by simply renaming it. 

9. Can you print for me?

We are working on standardizing printing services. Inquire for quotes. We also recommend Prints of Love (http://www.printsoflove.com/ref/dearest) for most products, especially large signage. For bookmarks and round stickers we recommend printing through Canva. Using a local printer could also save time for fast turn-around printing. 

10. Who can I contact for support?
